About The Royal We

The Royal We is a destination boutique rooted in craftsmanship, individuality, and the belief that every woman deserves to feel extraordinary.

Founded in 2003 by designer Laine Berry, The Royal We began as a small, carefully curated salon and quickly grew into one of the region’s most respected formalwear and couture destinations. In 2008, the boutique expanded into a brick-and-mortar showroom, and by 2019 had grown from 600 square feet to over 6,000, serving clients from across the United States and beyond.

Today, The Royal We has returned to its founder’s full creative direction, blending its rich history with a renewed focus on custom design, thoughtful curation, and one-of-a-kind pieces.

Laine Berry is an international designer whose work spans couture, bridal, prom, and pageantry. Her designs have been worn by pageant winners, brides, and clients around the world, each creation tailored to reflect the individuality and personal brand of the woman wearing it. Known for intricate detailing, couture construction, and an intuitive understanding of form, Laine approaches each design as a collaboration between artist and client.
