By accessing or purchasing from The Royal We, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final All sales are final. Due to the nature of formalwear, no returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted for any reason, including but not limited to incorrect size selection, change of mind, event cancellation or postponement, shipping delays, or fit and comfort issues. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that you are buying a final-sale item.

2. Sizing and Fit Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct size. We strongly encourage reviewing all size charts, measurements, and product descriptions prior to purchase. Formal gowns often require professional tailoring for a perfect fit. Minor variations in cut, length, and embellishment placement are normal. Fit preferences are subjective and do not constitute defects.

3. Product Descriptions and Photography We make every effort to display products accurately, including colors, details, and fabric textures; however, screen settings and lighting may cause slight color variations. Hand-beaded, stoned, or embellished gowns may contain minor irregularities that are part of their craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

4. Condition Upon Delivery All gowns are carefully inspected prior to shipment. If your item arrives with significant damage clearly caused during shipping, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue and packaging. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be considered.

5. Shipping Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. The Royal We is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the purchaser.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks related to fit, preference, event changes, or buyer’s remorse. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions, collection efforts, or legal action to recover losses and associated fees.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including images, designs, text, logos, and branding, is the property of The Royal We and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability The Royal We shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages, emotional distress related to event outcomes, or costs associated with alterations or styling. Liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the item.

9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Acceptance of Terms By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and understand that all sales are final.
